Q: Will I receive a confirmation of acceptance?
A: Yes! If you register online you will immediately receive an email confirmation after completing checkout. If you mail in your registration you will get an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided on the registration form.
Q: What is your refund/cancelation policy?
A: Elite Girls Winter Camps: All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Otherwise you forfeit all payments.
Day Camps: All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Otherwise you forfeit all payments.
Petite Feet: All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $15.00 non-refundable fee. Otherwise you forfeit all payments.
Residential: All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $150.00 non-refundable registration fee. Otherwise you forfeit all payments. A minimum registration fee of $150.00 is due at the time of registration.
Team Camp: All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $150.00 non-refundable registration fee. Otherwise you forfeit all payments. A minimum of 14 players is required for team camp.
Q: How do I register with a team for camp?
A: In order to register as a team all team registrations MUST be mailed in together with deposit payments and team roster form (please download from our camp forms) Contact us if you have questions.
Q: Where will my child stay during the Elite Residential Camp?
A: Housing will be provided by the Quality Inn & Suites Hotel at Patriots Point, which is within walking distance of Patriots Point Stadium. Camp staff as well as medical staff will also be on site.
Q: Where will my child eat during the Elite Residential Camp?
A: Breakfast will always be provided by the Hotel. Lunch will be catered on Monday and Tuesday, while dinner will be catered on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Q: Can parents and coaches come to watch sessions?
A: All sessions are open, and we encourage parents and coaches to visit.
Q: Do I have to stay in the hotel at Elite Residential Camp? Can I be a commuter?
A: Campers have the option of staying in the hotel (Resident) or driving to camp everyday (Commuter). Commuters will do everything that campers that stay overnight do! Breakfast is NOT provided for commuters. However, lunch and dinner is provided starting with dinner on Sunday night.
Q: How do I sign up for a campus tour that you offer prior to your Elite Girls Winter Camp?
A: You must contact us in order to sign up for one of the campus tours at info@cofcsocceracademy.com or 843-513-5397. DO NOT CONTACT ADMISSIONS.
