Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of acceptance?
A:
 Yes!  If you register online you will immediately receive an email confirmation after completing checkout.  If you mail in your registration you will get an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided on the registration form.  

Q:  What is your refund/cancelation policy?
A: Winter ID Camps:  All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable fee.  Otherwise, you forfeit all payments.
     Day Camps:  All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable fee.  Otherwise, you forfeit all payments.
     Petite Feet:  All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $15.00 non-refundable fee.  Otherwise, you forfeit all payments.
     Summer ID Camps:  All cancelations must be received in writing 10 days prior to the start of camp in order to qualify for a refund, less a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. Otherwise, you forfeit all payments.

Q: Can parents and coaches come to watch sessions?
A: All sessions are open, and we encourage parents and coaches to visit. 

Q: Are there hotel recommendations close to Patriots Point Soccer Stadium?

A: Yes, there are many to choose from and we are working to develop a list of properties with CSA Rates! Stay Tuned!
